Service model

Sin City Signings is a mobile, appointment-based service. There is no public storefront or walk-in office. Appointments take place at the customer’s location or another mutually agreed meeting location.

Appointments and availability

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, an arrival time, or completion of a notarization. Evening, weekend, holiday, urgent, and same-day appointments may be available, but availability varies.

Notarial requirements

A notarization may be declined or stopped when legal or notarial requirements cannot be satisfied, including concerns involving identification, personal appearance, willingness, awareness, document completeness, prohibited conduct, or other requirements imposed by Nevada law.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for bringing acceptable identification, presenting the document to be notarized, completing the document without signing in advance when the signature must be witnessed, arranging required witnesses unless other arrangements have been confirmed, and obtaining legal or document-specific instructions from the document’s issuing or receiving organization or a qualified attorney.

Fees

Notarial fees and any applicable travel or service charges will be communicated as appropriate before the appointment. Nevada statutory maximum notarial fees are separate from agreed travel or other lawful service charges. Discounts, if any, are considered individually and are not guaranteed.
